This bag is so cute! I bought both the Marigold {yellow} colour and the blue colour in this bag from Amazon. The style of them is classic & fun.The bags are wonderful and perfect for a petite person like me. Fashion experts Clinton Kelly and Stacey London say the bag you wear should be in proportion to your body: Small person= small bag, big or tall person=big bag!I'm a couple inches over 5 ft tall, not overweight and have a small to medium frame. So this bag is a little bigger than my head and looks super cute with almost any outfit dressed up or down.Everyone and their mother has big over sized bags right now, I like that this is different from the trend right now and gives me my own unique look. Plus small bags will be the trend in the future again eventually I'm sure. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it so far! You can't see it in the photo but the bag has little tiny feet on the bottom! And the hardware is plated in real gold. The Marigold colour isn't as yellow as it appears in the picture, its a little bit more of a camel tan colour with strong yellow tones kind of like brown mustard, not as bright a yellow as yellow mustard. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a stronger yellow, but I still love the bag and am happy the colour will go with anything. The blue bag is a medium-deep blue green colour, sophisticated and fun at the same time. Blue is a 'pseudo neutral' and also goes with just about anything. The bags are well made and the leather is a little stiff in a good way, the bag stands up by itself and keeps its shape. It holds more than I thought it would, I can fit quite a bit in it: my wallet which is 5x4" & 1 1/2" thick, a large tube of hand lotion, sunglasses,cell phone,lip gloss, blush, coupons, 2 sets of keys, gum, and there is still some room left over. These bags are little works of art and I love them. On the down side both bags arrived with minor flaws. The blue one must have been poorly packaged at one point either in shipping or before that. It had a pushed in area in the stiff leather on the pocket. The indentation is still there even though I stuffed it with tissue to try to get the 'dent' to pop out. Its not terribly noticeable, and not noticeable at all if I always keep something in that pocket to keep the dent popped out. It won't seem to go away and is something I live with, but it was worth it because I got the blue bag for $139.00 {orig. was $325.00}. I paid around $176.00 for the Marigold bag {orig. $325.00}. The Marigold is more expensive for some reason. The marigold bag arrived to me with a small 'nick' in the leather on the front pocket. It's small and I might try to repair it in the future with a small dab of well combined artists oil or acrylic paint. These are minor flaws and I'm guessing they could be the reason these bags were discounted in the first place, either that or I just have real bad luck getting two defective ones. I like them anyway so I'm keeping them! {Also, The yellow one was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule!}
